Sound issue with Joey 3

Had an issue with the sound from my Joey 3 come up in the last 2 weeks or so. I have a hopper 3 in the living room, Joey 3 in the master bedroom connected to an LG OLED tv, optical out from the TV to and LG sound bar. Sometimes during a commercial break there is a high pitched whine coming from the sound bar. It is only during commercial breaks but not every commercial break. It will typically start when the first commercial starts, and it will end abruptly when the program material starts again. It happens on every channel I watch. Very strange. I don't think it is the TV or sound bar as the high pitched whine is not constant, and it seems to not be part of the sound from the actual program material I am watching as it disappears as soon as the program starts again. I have not used the Hopper 3 for a while to see if it happens there as well, that will be my next step.

You might also try using the internal speakers on the TV instead of the soundbar for a little while as a test. If it still happens you know it's not something happening in the TV/optical out, cable, or soundbar.
