Last December I upgraded to the H10-250 HD DTV tivo with a 3 LNB antenna. I quickly found that this device would not support local HD channels. As consideration, Direct TV provided me with an H20 and a 5LNB dish.
The H20 initially had video to audio sync problems and Direct TV was never able to fix this.
About three months ago the sound on HD local channels stopped altogether. Several calls into Direct Tv has only resulted in an open trouble call.
Anyone have any thoughts or ideas?
