It looks like DC and Harrisburg are on the same Spot Beam and Harrisburg is on Transponder 30 while DC is on 18,20, and 30. This would mean that the Harrisburg stations can be viewed in the DC market but the other DC stations can not be viewed in the Harrisburg market. This would explain what you are seeing.

I think this is related to Fulton county PA being in the Washington DMA and also receiving Harrisburg locals on channels 62XX. The rest of the Harrisburg market receives 51XX.

If you have a need for a programmer you should ask here, I'm sure there are some of us always lurking around. Maybe it might be possible to port it to another language instead of BASIC (barf!) like java,c#,...

Updated to fix some errors which had hidden some channels in several markets at 61.5W.

Added the ~ 50 dbw (standard antenna) Conus map for 77W.
