Speed HD question

Yes it is live since Friday. Call tech support and request an authorization rehit. Don't bother telling them it's for SPEED - just tell them a lot of channels you normally get are red in your guide.
 
It was up on Friday. I had to call and have them send a hit to my receiver. The first rep told me it was only available in the Silver package. I asked her if I needed to downgrade my package then to get it.. No answer... Called back and got another rep that took care of it..
 
After the chat session where I was told it would not be available until 5/13 I just checked it again and it is now working. I guess they sent the authorization hit any way. Thanks for the reply.:)
