I know this topic has been discussed in previous threads and there have been a myriad of reasons for blackouts. Reasons range from a league determined "territory" for a team to perhaps DISH decided to not pay for a team coverage even though the team might be in your "territory".
None of the previously discussed scenarios seem to explain a situation like this-
Today's Seahawks/Chiefs pre-season game on NFLN is available on the local Time-Warner cable system here in Hawaii on Maui but is blacked out on DISH.
The message says this program is not available for viewing in your area.
The game does not show up on any RSN so that doesn't seem to factor into this.
