Sports blocked on mobile?

So I thought the dish ads said watch your sports anywhere.

Well trying to watch osu on fs1 on my phone it says channel restricted for remote viewing.

Pretty sure I'm not blacked out as I set a recording timer.

Is it possible that you're not blacked out at your service address, but are blacked out at your phone location?

I'm about 10mi from home.
Don't think I've changed locations enough for that.

I can watch it right now from FSGO and via DISH Anywhere. So it works for me.
