I'm in the FS South and SportSouth territory, and when I checked on the Atlanta Hawks and New York Knicks basketball game on SportSouth channel #649, I've received a "Channel Not Purcased (721)" warning. I've checked other channels for the game, no where to be seen but that channel, is this a DirecTV mistake?

Not a mistake, this is what you should be able to get- Braves,Hurricanes on FS South, and Thrashers and Braves on Sports South

FSN South (Ch. 646) - HD Available
?Braves (HD Available)

?Carolina Hurricanes (HD Available)

SportsSouth (Ch. 649) - HD Available
?Atlanta Thrashers (HD Available)

?Braves (HD Available)

I'm still getting error (721) message on channel 649!

And you will be until the game is over, the way that the RSN's work is that you only get to see games that the teams claim you are in their viewing territory, if a team does not claim you,DirecTV must blackout the channel during the game, thus the reason you are getting the 721 message, you still get that channel, but it is blacked out during the game. If you want to see the Hawks game or any other NBA game outside your local market, you have to get NBA League Pass.

Hawks’ games in HD on FOX Sports South and SportSouth are available to all cable and satellite service providers throughout the Hawks television territory (Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi [excluding the Biloxi/Gulfport, Memphis and New Orleans DMAs], Tennessee [excluding the Memphis and Jackson DMAs], the Charleston, Augusta and Savannah DMAs of South Carolina, the counties of Graham, Jackson, Macon and Swain in the Greenville-Spartanburg DMA of North Carolina, and the counties of Abbeville, Anderson and Oconee in Greenville-Spartanburg DMA).
