How far from the city the locals cover does the spotbeam reach in general? I'm thinking about Pennsylvania locals and/or D.C.

We don't know much about the 61.5 bird just yet except for the documents back from 2002. Can you get signal from TP5 or TP 11 on 61.5?

Not sure.. I'm not near my dish as I'm out of town for work. By TP you mean Transponder correct? I'll be sure to check tomorrow once I get home. If I do receive a signal, would that be a positive for receiving those spotbeams?
