Sprint drops contract extensions on plan changes

Since my wife gets a heft 25% discount on sprint services due to her profession we have had sprint phones and service for a while.
Got news last week that they NO LONGER will extend contracts on changes (up or down). Only extensions are on new phones at discounts.

About time sprint.
