Sony HDD Synchro Record
Does anyone know how to make the Sychro Record option (on the Sony recorder) work with a Starchoice reciever?
When I set the recorder up for Synchro record the recorder turns off like it should and waits for the video signal from program set on the sat. receiver, but for some reason when the recorder shuts down it comes right back on with in a minute...doesn't wait for the receiver program to start up. For some reason it is sensing a video signal constantly, even when the sat. receiver is turned off. The two are linked together by way of S-Video and coax for sound.
Anyone know how to make these two work together like they should???
