What is the current status of the DISH America HD only packages? Are the channel selections going to change soon? Since DISH now has agreements with Disney, any plans to add the ABC/Disney channels to them? As they stand, they don't have that much value compared to regular packages, since many of the channels have moved down in packages from AT250 to AT200 and AT120 ( MSNBC, FX etc).
