Using everyone's favorite broker to get bev in the US, my broker has been unable to get a new card for me and apparently several others. Expressvu promised new cards in the mail almost a month ago, and promised to rush mail them more than a week ago. Still my broker has received nothing.
Had bought cheap 3100 from KUSat. Of course it came with the old card (which is probably why they were so cheap). Kusat customer service seemed somewhat lacking and so I followed most of your leads and went with T.. as my broker (and am happy with her). Excellent communication, but even T.. cant seem to get me a new card, and as of Monday, June 13, the channels scheduled to disappear on the 12th were gone.
