Stops playback before program over?

While watching a program, the screen pops up showing that playback ended. The playback was perfect up to that point. However, the program isn't at its end. This has happened several times now.

Once I restart the program and fast forward to the point it stopped, it plays past that point to its true ending just fine.

It does not do it on every program.

Thoughts?

A confused receiver. Or a possessed one.

Or one possessed with s523. I get this on maybe 1 out of 8 or so playbacks. It jumps to the end of the recording and freezes. The only way out is to hit the red "power" button, start the recording over and FF to where it froze.

Also, stopping and deleting a still recording program now requires an extra trip though the "My Recordings" screen.
