when "info" is pressed, the regular status bar comes up, under that is the screen format (stretch), and under that is an icon that looks like the receiver with a green light on and a yellow warning triangle. Everything seems to work fine and I can't find any info on it. Any ideas?

Do you have a wireless connection to that receiver? If you do it's a warning that you broadband is not connected. Usually you can pull the connector out and reinstall it to fix the problem.
