Massapequa Park Street Teams Initiative

Effective Sat., March 4, and continuing through Fri., March 31, "Street Teams" will drive awareness for Optimum products (Triple Play, Double Play, OV Upgrade), and increase existing customer loyalty by handing out Triple Play collateral and premiums such as t-shirts, popcorn, water and pens at local train stations, shopping malls, retail establishments.

After the smug remarks again at the last conference call about fios why would need to do any of that? Fios is no threat right? "Only 2% penetration and we don't think that those people were cv subs". Wasn't that the quote?

I really can't wait to see what happens once verzion get more Franchise agreements spead over LI. One thing i wonder about that is no where on verizons site do they mention carrying any RSN's, mainly YES,MSG,SNY etc. If they want to make any dent in this area those are major channels.
