I have a coolsat 6000 with a card reader, but I also have a subscription to dish network. Could I somehow use my coolsat with my DN card to get all of my subbed channels?

No, for two reasons.
1. Dish Network will only authorize their own equipment.
2. The CAS in your receiver does not support Nagra (the type of encryption used by Dish Network).
