Subbing Dish from Canada

So get myself setup, call use my canadian credit card, don't take any promotions, they wont ask for a SSN.....what address do I use?

My billing address is canada but they will need an address in the US to provide the correct locals. I don't care about locals but I'm wondering if they'll catch me on the billing address. Any problem calling from a canada phone #?

How about using a relative´s or friend´s address ?
You should not have a problem by calling from outside the US (based on my personal experience)
