Suggestion: Allowing DishNet Customers to change packages on MyDish

Yea, online agents have loosened up some with the DishNet, but still try to avoid it like the plague. Rightfully so, they are not trained on it at all, and have no reason to be. Dish has taken a very public stance that they do not support online support over the internet. By phone only.
 
This may seem like an odd reason not to bundle, but I have purposely stayed away from DishNet just because you lose that ability to manage your Dish TV account - the DishNet bundle doesn't save me more than a few dollars over separating my phone+Internet and then TV. I'd rather have the ability to manage my TV packages online than throw everything into the DishNet 'mystery box'.

The other thing that's odd about DishNet is I could never tell what my bill was going to be going forward - their new customer promos and long-term pricing was all over the map depending on who you talked to. Thanks but no thanks. Having one bill is nice, but it all seemed like too much of a headache to manage.
