Welcome to Satellite Guys! It's tough to find a new 1 meter dish that doesn't cost almost again as much in shipping. For example:

48 Inch 120 cm 1.2 M Offset Satellite Dish & HD SL1PLL LNBF | eBay

You may be able to find something used locally at a closed store. Also look on craigslist, ebay, etc or drive around. Most of us, myself included, find a 90cm sufficient for just about everything on ku. Here is one that is highly recommended by most Satellite Guys. It includes a pll lnbf and ships free.
