Season 39 moves on with another new twist on the game. Boston Rob and Sandra will be on their own island and serve as mentors to the season's competitors.

That should be easy for them.

Boston Rob - Play on a team that is full of idiots, that way you can win on your third try, as anyone with a brain will get rid of you.

Sandra - Shift alliances as soon as you get a whiff of anything bad, and let the others eat one another alive, that way they'll hate whoever you're against in the finale more than you.

Premiere tonight. Honestly, could do without Boston Rob and Sandra. Two of my least favorite players.

Survivor just gets more brutal each season. I actually kind of miss the early seasons.

Lind of early for Molly to go.

Spoilers

They deserve to go to tribal. Not one person comes to Karishma? Losers. Vince was stupid. He had to know he would be on the block.

So what are everyone's thoughts on the season twist (Rob and Sandra). To me it has been OK, but nothing spectacular. I enjoyed the mission to sneak into camp, but the other stuff was kinda silly. I kinda like them being in the tribal counsel meetings, but wish we heard more of their thoughts than a few random "hot takes"

I like the fact that they are not openly helping tribes, just trying to help individuals, would like to see them step up with something. Maybe after the merge they will show themselves to the tribes with help coming with consequences.

I would not trust Aaron. He isn't smart enough and will blow something which would benefit him.
