I have had several short power outages recently and a couple of times when things came back up my SW64 was not working correctly, some transponders were missing and was getting wrong satellite on others. The cure has been to remove the power from the power inserter for a few minutes then put it back on and everything is OK.

Anyone else had this problem?

I have had the same problem but not anymore. Swapped out the SW64 with
two SW34Pros. Also added power filtering to all my receivers, one Monster and the others much cheaper. You might want to add a power bar of some sort with filtering to see if this improves the situation.
With my 64, the first one eventually wouldn't work at all and had to be replaced.

I had issue too, did the power cut off & on, but the problem in Switch Test was having a diplexer on one of the outbound receiver lines (affected even a line w/o a diplexer or some alien phenomenon). I actually order and received a new 64 from Mark at DishDepot before I figured out the diplexor issue (which never caused an issue for 100s of switch tests prior), and Mark was gracious enough to take the new SW64 back.
