Switch Openbox S9 from PAL mode to NTSC

I popped it open again hitting the V.Format Key

So far dumb luck is not working for me like the last time. on display 576P, 5761, 720P, 1080. Last time I turned it off for awhile and turned it on and all was good. If I see what i did the first time I will let you all know.

I got tired of hitting the format button so the TV in the bedroom did not roll picture like the one in my living room. I walked back and forth, system setup was in 567i mode then I switched it to 481 mode the old Panasonic works on that mode. Aspect mode set to Auto, Video out YUV, Audio LCPM out. The tape is back on the remote. If you feel that the tape will keep the setup safe, put a small fold on one end of the tape so if you have to use the format key you could pull the tape easier.

If you change the YUV setting to RGB, the V.FORMAT button will switch between 480i and 576i, only. This works for composite output.
