Switching on-demand rental from SD to HD?

I clicked on one of the National Geographic On-Demand programs, but because of how slow the hopper is, I accidentally clicked on watch SD. Now, I can't seem to figure out any way to get to the HD version. Every time I go back to the episode, the only option is to play the episode, which is the SD version.

Delete that episode then start over with the hd version.

Every episode I downloaded for Nat Geo tonight does not have a delete option until you re done watching it. So I would just fast forward through the episode then go back into rentals and you can delete the episode when you select on it there.
