system integrity check?

i have this error message on both tvs and i cannot figure out how to fix it, it says not to power off or interupt the check and that it will only take ten minutes but it has been up for two hours, before this came up the response to the remote was lagging and then the screen went black, any ideas?
 
unplug it for 2 minutes. take off the sat in cables and see if it stays on. if it does, put em back in. if it doesnt work without the sat in cables, try another outlet and make sure its not getting warm. if you have any other errors or the issue persists, call 1 888 681 0879
