My system---Pansat 250sm with Microyal H to H motor
Today on the receiver I get no level or quality
the motor wont move when asked from the receiver or from the manual button on the motor
any ideas on what the problem might be ?

Try to bypass the motor to see if you get any channels. If yes, looks like a dead motor.
If you still don't get any channels...
If you have a volt meter, check the voltage on the cabel which should be connected to the motor (disconnect the cable from the motor which goes to the receiver). if there is no power, do the same thing on the receiver. if you get power on the receiver (LNB-In) your cable has a problem.
If you don't get any voltage at all then your receiver has a problem.

disconnecting/connecting cables always with the receiver unplugged from power!

turn the switch on the back of the receievr off and then back on..that usually kick starts it for me :)
