System Wizard Backup Not Working

Under Settings, there's an option called System Wizard that let's you backup your timers, channel lists, favorites, etc. to your remote control. However, it's not working for me. I get a "Failed" message every time. Is it working for anyone else?

I take that back. I'm watching a DVR'ed event... It failed backing up receiver.

Nothing being recorded, watching live tv.... Failed again.

First time it worked.

Remote reported low battery. Replaced them and it worked.

Some experience with this myself. When using an IR universal remote you will not be able to use the backup feature UNTIL you use the original remote for a few clicks or use it to go into the remote control section. After I used the 32.0 remote again and went to the backup section...it worked.

Also, I found on my 722K that the remote needs to be about six inches away from the sensor on the receiver for the duration of the transfer. Mine failed every time until I did that.
