Going to tailgate with extra dish sling receiver. What is the cheapest sat to purchase that will work with sling. I assume the tailgater will not work with sling receiver. I have a full subscription to dish already.

Understood that is what I thought. Can I buy another used sat to work with my dish receiver. I'll take it to the game and set it up. What is the most economical sat and lnb to put with it.

I have the sat lined up set to 119 looking at echo 114 on transponder 17. I need step by step instructions to start up and get zoned in. Came out of left lnb into odu side of switch. The other side is going to receiver. Help

You have to get the dish aligned and then do a switch test. I don't even attempt to align a dish any more without a meter. Maybe one of the RVer's who align often and dirty can help. :)

Where our wheels go
The coax connects to Port 1 on the DPH LNB and then goes to the Solo Hub "ODU" port. From the Hub "Host" port it goes to the HWS. Port 1 on the LNB is the outer of the two ports that are close together. The single spaced port is the input for a separate "wing" dish when needed.

If he's not using any Joeys then the hub isn't necessary and he can go straight to the receiver with the coax.
