I have a home in chicago and one here in florida.

will my sub from chicago work down here and receive the locals from chicago and the local RSN 429? Is the spot beam even available in florida?

I have a sub here but miss the locals from up there for reasons called DA Bears.

thanks

Most RSN's are conus. You can get conus everywhere. Most locals are on spotbeam - thus you won't get them that far from home.

I was told California, Chicago and NY are conus beam. hope to verify.

if they are conus then I can get chicago is what you are saying?

I know for sure the 110 sd feed from Chicago is conus and have to believe there hd feed would be too.
RSN's will also be conus.
don't connect phone line in Fla. or you might be in trouble.
