Tallahassee FL Locals/Horrible PQ!

The Tallahassee FL locals Picture Quality has taken a terrible nosedive in the past 3-4 weeks. They appear to be way over compressed and/or bandwidth starved. If any DirecTV engineering people visit this board, please do something! I have sent several e-mails to both D* and the local affiliates. I have received either no reply or in D*s case, a stupid generic reply such as "unplug receiver,etc". I have noticed the overall PQ of D* has somewhat degraded recently. What's going on?

And here I thought it was just me and my SO! The PQ has gone totally down the tubes in the two weeks since the Super Bowl. I can't believe the hugh difference, the colors seem to fade in and out and nothing has any sharp edges. And it IS just the locals because I have the distant feeds and they look fine.
