Can someone with a TAN TV subscription use the supplied receiver with a DiSEqC to add another dish to pick up some FTA channels?

in the menus on the receiver does it show a diseqc option?
(or do you not have one yet)

I guess was hoping to get an answer before I would go over to this guy's place. It is someone from the community who I don't know well, but he mentioned they had TAN TV at home (his wife is Korean), but his eyes really lit up when I mentioned all the stuff on G19. I think TAN is their only television at the moment, and he says two of the channels in that package are dogs, guess he's living with only 2 good channels. I mean, I feel his pain.

OK did some looking on the tantv site (well their mother site...the one in english) ;)

according to the site, there are 2 receivers
8800 & 6200

The 8800 DOES have Diseqc option and so does the 6600

from the 8800 guide
Press ?/? keys to select between the following items, press ?/? or 0…9 to change its value:
SAT No.

noticed on their site they sell a dual LNB antenna for 97 & 101

That's good news, I should maybe have him call his dealer in Wisconsin and see what they would charge to do an upgrade. I guess they're happy enough with the service, but might be much happier with all those free channels.
