We had to disconnect the dish from the wall to do flooring and instead of the one cable from the hopper, they got pulled from where ever.

Photo is the currently the only cable config that at seems gives the hopper a signal but no connection to the joeys. The joey connection remains unchaged so at least that one is in the right spot.

The sketch config gives the hopper a connection to the joeys but that’s all.

Any thoughts? Rather figure this out quick without having to call into dish for a service call.

The folks are testy and need their tv. :p

The line from the Dish goes to the ODU on the Orange Hub. The Tap is Connected to the Host Port on the Hub but the Tap doesn't need to be there, according to the Pic. The Joeys should connect to the Client ports on the Hub. So Dish > ODU on Hub. Hopper to Host on Hub - has to be a direct line TO the Hopper form the Hub. Joeys to Client Ports on the Hub.

IF the Tap DOES need to be there for some reason, it connects to the Host port on the Hub and the Hopper connects to the Host Port on the Tap.

Or, follow the colors. Dish to Blue. Hopper to Purple - which is why the Tap connects to the Host port to keep the "purple" connections continuous. Joeys to Orange.
