I don't think anyone knows who if anyone will get these channels. Channels sometimes go into testing and never go live.wait, we are getting west coast feeds of TBS and TNT soon for those in the east coast and central time zone areas.

That's why I said sometimes.It doesn’t happen that often.
One programmer who did go into a test, but did not later get added, was Pac–12 Network.

They put Pac 12 Network into test because they thought they were getting close to a deal and wanted to be ready. The deal didn't materialize.
They OWN TNT and TBS now, so there isn't anything that could possibly cause them say "oops, nevermind" and drop them from *TEST instead of going live.
they don't do that with the kids channels or the premium networksTo my other point, the west feeds may be restricted to west coast subscribers.
