Teinhand VP-2010a Help for repair

Hola amigos, actualmente me encuentro en la hermosa isla de Cuba, la cual no cuenta con muchos recursos tecnológicos. Me las arreglé para comprar un Vision Plus 2010a, pero tuve un problema. Mi PC reconoce la tarjeta, pero la señal permanece en 0. He revisado la tarjeta y creo que tiene un problema, ¿alguno de ustedes ha tenido un problema similar y lo ha resuelto? ¿Alguno de ustedes tiene el esquema de la tarjeta para revisarla? Les agradezco de antemano su ayuda amigos, un gran abrazo. tengo pc win 7 de 32 bits.

The old Twinhan VP probably can't do DVBS2 and definitely no 8PSK Turbo. So no signal.

This satelite card works for the 77w witj Mytheater and dvbdreamBut my question is whether someone knows how to repair this type of device or if someone has already had a similar problem, I know that it is a card that is more than 10 years old, but in Cuba it is difficult to obtain technology.
