it's the annual Australian Open free preview,

the Australian Open is one of the big 4 in Tennis (better known as the Grand Slam of Tennis), the other three are the French Open, Wimbledon and the US Open.

times of the year where you expect a free preview of the Tennis Channel
Mid January to Late January: Australian Open.
Late May to Early June: French Open.
Late June to Early July: Wimbledon.
Late August to Early September: US Open.
