...for giving me a huge scare

Went to bed last night. Woke up to the message saying that my files are corrupt and I will need to format my 622. Thanks 9 AM update!

My girlfriend has been back home in Ohio for a month since her mother has been in the hospital. In the meantime, I have had a bunch of movies saved, TV shows like The Simpsons, Family Guy, Masters Of Horror, etc...about 30 things in total. When I saw the message I freaked out.

I hit Delete and watched it reset. Then it went to the TV. I hit the DVR button twice...and everything is there! Crisis averted! Thanks for the scare

I think Dish should change the message to "Your daily update is corrupt. We will need to reset the DVR to it's previous state. You will not lose anything in the process."

Yep, I had the same thing a couple days ago. I was too scared to hit delete so I just rebooted the box and it came up fine. Not what I wanted to see as I was working on my bowl of Rasin Bran though
