Recently subscribed to DISH through the DishStore, and wanted to extend a big THANKS to Scott, Claude & Mike for their great customer service through the entire process. I had e-mailed several questions before and after, as well as posting a few threads out here, and the responses from all were timely and very helpful. I'm now hooked on this forum, just to see what's new, so find myself checking it out almost daily. It's refreshing to find something like this, to keep "Joe" consumer ahead of the game.
