First time I ever saw a bird try to build a nest on a dish,, thought I would share a picture before removing it.

Looks like the work of Carolina Wren's. Those little guys will make a nest anywhere. I have had them in my Reece trailer hitch to right under my front door that I come in and out of multiple times a day.

I have a bird's nest (chickadees) up under the feedhorn cover of my 9' dish, the dish moves daily and doesn't seem to bother them at all.

I'm not very keen on them being there, but the dish is still working fine so I'll let them be.

A few years back I had a robins nest on the back of my Paraclipse,they didn't seem to mind going for a ride once in awhile.Once the nest was abandoned I removed it.
