I'll say under, but honestly I just want them to get through March/April without any losses.

I love the timeouts at the end, at least in college. That's when the magic happens. You give a good coach 3 timeouts in the last minute and you can pull out some miracles.

That's six timeouts, which makes the final minute take a half hour. I love basketball, but to me, that's a few points short of magical. Maybe it's me, but I need to see more than 5-10 seconds of action between commercials. If you can even call foul shots 'action'.

Miracles can still happen with less timeouts.

Most coaches waste their timeouts on frivolous things during a game so they don't have any left at the end when you need them. Only the smart ones know how to save them up.
