hello,would you help me the software of the gulf star digital satellite receiver model GS 703s.

I googled that brandname, got some references to a GulfStar 9500 or something similar but no actual manufacturer website. I get the idea that Gulfstar brand may have been a clone of some other receiver. How old is the receiver , what is wrong with it?
