Very down on Android with the 4.4 update. I strongly suggest if you have an S4 at 4.3 or below keep it. Use of the SD card by Android (not Samsung) has been severely crippled unless you are rooted. Backup programs no longer can use the SD card, file explorer programs are very restricted to what they can move, erase, delete, etc..... You won't realize how frustrating it is till you experience it. It affects a wide range of programs.It's enough to make me thing about Windows if Android/Google does not change their minds.
