What I don't understand about that phonearena article is this:

The device is expected to arrive in the third quarter of 2014, which traditionally means an October reveal, together with that of the new operating system. With both the tablet and the new Android version seemingly well on their ways, we see no reason for Google to break the tradition. Then again, save for buying a real, live dinosaur, everything is possible these days! So take the rumor with an appropriate grain of salt.

Don't they mean 4th quarter of the calendar year?
