My guess they would be I have not heard anything on the Note 3 or S3 so not for sure but I like Lookout and they have a Stagefright App that will check your device to see if it's vulnerable. If it is make sure like everyone should do is to always check for updates for your device no matter what it is but here a link to Lookout Stagefright App just run it and it will tell you then you can always uninstall it once you checked.

If Google is still offering this when my contract up again I might switch to this due to I like it that you get to use two different networks and you get month credits for data you don't use.
