I am able to read the whole thing the first time I open the attachment. Any time after the first time I must sign in. If I clear out my cookies and and my temporary files I am able to open it up again for the first time, and again after that, I must sign in.

So if you cannot read it, just clear out your cookies and you should be able to open it
