That sounds pretty interesting. I am wondering what the use of this dish is for as well. Didn't know people done Wifi DXing at such long distances.
 
I thought that was a C-band conical scaler taped backwards. I don't even think you can go 200 miles line of sight with wifi unless your way up on towers.
 
Or go on Mountain tops, like in NM or CO areas then you will get real WiFi DXing going!:D That's way better than man made towers no higer than 2'000 feets above ground leval.:cool:

We have a mountain named Sandia Crest right next to Albuquerque metro areas, which is around 4'000 feets above ground Leval is 10'600 feets above Sea Leval and of course there are taller ones out there too!!

Better you might want to get away a from RF noise polutions by on going to other mountains IMHO, so that's you can get started on DXings funs.:coffee
