In football? Hell no.
In basketball? Maybe a few years ago when they didn't have any truly powerful/elite teams, before Calipari came on board and Donovan's recent resurgence.
In baseball? I don't follow college baseball outside the World Series, so I'll need some info there.

If the sec really wants to show how tough they are, start a wrestling team.
Maybe in another decade the sec will have someone pass the Pac 12 and Big 12 schools for total national team titles.
