There is a problem with dish or FNC HD

Can someone please look at the problems I am having only on Fox News Channel HD, it started the day Dish added FNC HD

You can see exactly what is happening because I uploaded a clip , notice first the part of the video drops out, you can still see the news ticker and FNC Logo then the video comes back and the audio is all screwed up.

Do you think this is a problem with Fox News Channel HD or Dish???

The video is a FNC problem, the audio sounds like an ongoing Dish problem...
