Does anyone know of any channels on KU that are Buddhist? Preferably English speaking or English subtitled?

This may sound odd after having made several remarks in the past about religion however let me be clear, Buddhism is not a religion. A few people may consider it to be but it's not. Just wanted to clear that up..

So anyway, I have 97 Galaxy 19 and I can find pretty much every kind of religious programming and tons of stuff that I just can't even figure out on there but haven't found any Buddhist stuff.

Oh, and on another note, are there any like, temporary channels opened up anywhere covering the disaster in Japan?
Russia Today was covering it fairly well but now it's Libya around the clock.. :(

Thanks.. :)

NewsOne Live 1 89.0 W 11955V 19531 has 24x7 coverage

That's for the Japan disaster? Right? I am assuming so. I don't have a dish on 89 but I could scrounge one up for that..
I feel so bad for those poor people. If I was young and healthy I would go over there an volunteer to help in any way they could put me to use.
:(

supreme master Tv on 97W and 30W is Buddhist-ish. It's as close as you'r going to find on FTA. record a few hours and zoom past the stuff you don't like. worse case scenario is you end up with a few vegetarian recipes to try. haven't watched enough to tell if she has some televangelist like agenda or not. you'd probably get more out of browsing the Dhammapada
