Time 5 minutes slow?

Noticed tonight the time it shows posts are made show as 5 minutes before they were made. So if a post is made at 8pm it will show as made at 7:55pm.

edit: post time here exactly 9:45pm eastern

I fixed the server. NTP was not running.
