time problem

i am changing the time in nagra edit to eastern time, after a while i notice that it always changes back to central time. the procedure i am using is go into nagra, data editor tab, and i enter F0 in the time zone field. save it and write to card. i have tried saving closing nagra and opening nagra and checking the file and it comes up with F0 in the field. whe i put the card back in to the reciever all is well for a while and then back to 2 hours behind.

any suggestions? am i missing a step or doing something wrong?
