Time Warner Cable Loses 184,000 TV Customers on the Quarter

One more thing I can say is I've known this family for almost 10 yrs, Dog sat for them for years, and they have TWC, older couple, and they've had the same boxes for 10 yrs, and they don't work right, malfunction, etc.. They told them nothing was wrong with the boxes. That kinda irked me, as I know a lot about technology, and I told them they need them replaced. They shut off, volume is off, they restart randomly, just annoying.

yea, but most providers pull that. if a customer doesn't complain, they don't just offer.
